For orders by mail or PayPal, please be sure to include a phone number and a confirmed physical shipping address (no PO boxes, or APO/FPO, please; UPS will not deliver to them).

UPS will not deliver to PO boxes, or APO/FPO addresses. Please make sure that your shipping address is a physical address.

Your order will be shipped by UPS Ground Service, 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air, or Next Day Air. Most items ship by the next business day following order placement (often same day). Typical UPS transit time is an additional 3 to 7 business days for UPS Ground Service, 3 business days for 3 Day Select, 2 business days for 2nd Day Air, and 1 business day for Next Day Air.

Please note: UPS business days are Monday thru Friday only, holidays excepted.

UPS Ground shipping & handling charges for the 48 contiguous states are only $7.95 per order regardless of the number of items ordered (for example, if you order 5 items, shipping & handling charges are still only $7.95).

3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air, and Next Day Air shipping & handling charges are based on UPS shipping table rate plus $4.95 handling. All shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico must be shipped 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air. At this time, we do not ship internationally.

Inman Quests is required by law to charge sales tax on all orders being shipped to the following states:

California (7.25%)
District of Columbia (5.75%)
Maryland (5%)
Massachusetts (5%)
Mississippi (7%)
Nevada (6.5%)
North Carolina (6.75%)
Wisconsin (5%)

We do not charge sales tax on orders shipping to other states. Please note that even though we collect the minimum state sales tax on your purchase, if your county imposes additional taxes, you are responsible for remitting payment to your department of revenue for use tax on your purchase.

Defective Merchandise

All graphing calculators and accessories are fully warranteed by the manufacturer. If by chance you receive a product which is defective, the manufacturer's warranty information and service address will be clearly marked in the package you receive.

Merchandise Damaged During Shipment

If your product is damaged during shipment, the issue can be resolved quickly by notifying UPS.

Other Returns

You can return any item for any reason for a refund within 10 days of receipt provided the following: Returns must be unopened, with ALL original materials and packing and you MUST obtain a return merchandise authorization number (RMA#) prior to return by emailing us at returns@GraphingCalculators.net

NOTE: We must charge a restocking fee (25% of the returned item's purchase price), shipping/handling charges are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping.

If you are using a credit card with an international billing address, we may not be able to process your order. We do not ship to mail forwarding locations. For shipments to Puerto Rico, we must use the same shipping address as the billing address; if the billing address is a PO Box, we will be unable to process your order with that credit card.
